Camden FireWorks is committed to offering an inclusive, professional, diverse, and community-oriented workspace.

All studios are rented on annual leases with prices ranging from $100 - $775 per month. Each studio features hardwood floors, large 6-foot windows, exposed wood columns and joists, and ample wall space. And all upstairs studios come with new temperature-changeable lighting!

Although we are usually at capacity, artists committed to their career are invited to apply to be placed on our waiting list.

Our Offerings

We offer affordable studio space to artists, makers, crafters, designers, photographers, and creatives. Inside our circa-1889 renovated firehouse in Waterfront South are studios with natural light, and an industrial aesthetic inspiring craftsmanship. 

Other amenities include: 24/7 access, keyless front door entry, Ring doorbell, central fire/alarm system, and a shared washroom with utility sink.
